It was nice to have a heated pool as the other pools where cold and it was nice but if your looking to just relax this pool was the answer. Also the staff where great always saying hello and the 2 Carlos were awesome at the front desk!

The staff is very friendly and fast to help with anything you need. The rooms are clean.the location is good for walking around to stores and restaurants. There’s a grocery store close by. I recommend getting the all inclusive if you want yo eat there and see the shows an the el cid Castillo beach side otherwise eating gets expensive.

Berenice, Rodolfo, Nelson, nacho, Daniel, Gerardo, Fidel, Sergio, room keeping and a few more staff that I can’t remember their names at the moment but everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care off like if we were their family.
