Courteous/kind staff, small boutique hotel, clean room..in the El Centro location..nice restaurants/eateries/coffee shops to choose from in short walking distance..blocks from the beach. We always felt safe. Our room was on the same level as the pool (small) but very nice. It was our first trip to Mazatlan & overall it exceeded our expectations.

My family stayed at this hotel in last Feb 13-14 2025. At that time everything went well. The staffs were kind and the room condition was not bad as it described even the property was still on progress. BUT after one month later, I noticed that they made a pre-authorized payment with my credit card. I have written mails about the problem twice. They have not answered yet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

The property is right off the Plaza Machado, located in a beautiful, old, historic building. It is carefully maintained, with an excellent, helpful staff.
