I loved the hotel we stayed at in Mazatlán! Our bus arrived at 10am and they let us check in early, which was such a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We asked for a blanket, and they had it ready for us right away. The next day when we went out, we came back to a little swan made out of towels and even a bow on the toilet paper — it was such a sweet surprise. The hotel felt very secure too. One day, we saw a group of guys trying to hang around the parking area, and security kindly asked them to leave since they didn’t have hotel bracelets. That made us feel even safer.

The property is very clean with a great staff. The buffet was decent but not exceptional lacking greater variety with the fried chicken nuggets. I will always remember as a good alternative for a hockey puck, but having said that the price is reasonable and the omelets are amazing.

Overall a great hotel! Definitely worth staying here. It’s right if the center of all shopping, dinning and the beach. It is a clean hotel, however, maybe a bit more of attention to the bathroom floors.
