Tämä loma-asunnot koti on täydellinen suurille tai usean perhejuhliin tarjoaa avokeittiö, useita ruokailutiloja, tilava olohuone, valtava kuisti näköala järvelle ja tarpeeksi sänkyjä nukkua 16, ylimääräisiä lattiatilaa lisätä useita ilman vuodepaikkaa (2 airbeds Ovat saatavilla).

Ensimmäinen huone on Master Suite pari Queen Beds ja Master Bath. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on meidän "kerrossänky huone", jossa pari kerrossänky (parivuode päälle täysikokoinen sänky) plus pari ylimääräistä erillistä vuodetta. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on queen bed. Neljäs makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode vieressä kylpyhuone, järvinäköala ja pääsy takaisin patiolle.

Molemmat tilava kylpyhuoneissa on suihkut, porealtaat, ja pesuallasta turhuus niin siellä on tilaa kaikille. Kylpyhuoneessa on suuri puutarha amme, joka on täydellinen rentoutumiseen. On lisäksi kuuman veden varastosäiliöön antaa runsaasti kuumaa vettä useita suihkut / kylpyjä.

Konseptin pohjaratkaisu valtava keittiö avoin olohuone ja ruokailutilat varmistaa, ettei ole tarpeeksi tilaa koko perheelle viettää aikaa yhdessä. Keittiö on hyvin suuri ja on kaikki kokki perheessä tarpeet uuni, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi / pakastin, astianpesukone, kattilat ja pannut, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, astiat, ruokailuvälineet, jne. Sisätiloissa ruokailutilat ovat istumapaikat 14 ja ulkopatiolla pöydät mahtuu 20.

Olohuoneessa on suuri poikkipinta ja lisää lepotuoli sohva, joka voi nukkua jopa 3 ylimääräistä henkilöä. Olohuoneessa on myös kaunis kiven takka, joka on täydellinen kylmä iltaisin. Taulu HDTV Direct TV ja DVD-soitin sekä monia lautapelejä ja palapelejä tarjota sisäilman viihdettä yhden tai useita.

Valtava katettu terassi on auki järven jotta voit katsella lapset uida ja pelata takakuistilla. Voit rannalla tai ankkuroida venettä / vesiskootteriajelua / vesilelut kainalossa talon takana ja on suuri ajotieltä jossa on riittävästi tilaa perävaunuja. Patio tarjoaa erinomaiset näkymät meidän himoitun auringonlaskuja ja on propaanin grilli, useita pöytiä ja tuoleja, palo kuoppaan ja ylimääräinen jääkaappi / pakastin. Se on täydellinen grillaukseen ja syöminen ulkona ja sitten katsella auringonlaskua. Suuri piha tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa pelata kiddos. Suuri palo kuoppaan vesi-puolella on loistava kokoontumispaikka iltaisin toveruuden ja tähti tuijottamisesta.

Kodinhoitohuone on suuri kapasiteetti pesukone ja kuivaaja. On kolme tilavaa komerot runsaasti ylimääräistä säilytystilaa.

Vieressä aitta on kätevä laatta käyttöalueen kalastajien tai muihin hankkeisiin, jotka tarvitsevat vähän ylimääräistä tilaa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Elm Point Recreation Area. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Beautiful lakeside home

The property is wonderful. House fully stocked. You dont need to bring anything. The host, Laura is very communicative and very easy to deal with. She even left us a welcoming gift. We brought our dog and we all loved the lake. We all eelaxed a lot on the patio. Will come back again

Family Summer Vacation 7/2024

My family of 10 adults & 3 children loved our stay at Sunset Shores. Laura was quick to answer all my questions & provide all necessary details for our stay. We had plenty of room to gather for games inside & out or separate. Coffee in the morning on the patio & games in the evening with beautiful sunsets. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. Plenty of beds. Fun on the lake with the kayaks & water float. Also held our 1st annual fishing tournament for age 30 & under. My granddaughter13) won 1st place, 2 grandsons (9 & 23) winning 2nd & 3rd & granddaughter/grandson (11 &19) received honorable mention. I gave 1 4 star only because the incline down to the lake is real but you can't really tell from the pictures. I would not call it steep, but it will raise your heart rate coming up. I would definitely come again. It was a great time for all and Sunset Shores was perfect for us.

Amazing lake house

House was in a great spot close to the water. The outdoor patio area was amazing! We spent most of our time there. The inside was open and roomy. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for the whole family and friends. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. You could tell they put a lot of effort into this experience for their guests. 10/10

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

The home was very clean, and more than enough room. They had everything and then some that you could need! There was more than enough towels! Plenty of rooms, and even had air mattresses incase there isn’t enough beds. The yard was very clean, and close to the water. Laura was great to communicate with, and so very nice. We didn’t have any problems with the home, but I am 💯 sure if we did she would have gotten right back to us. Very good neighborhood. We had a large group, but never had any trouble! Made for one amazing weekend. We will definitely use Laura again for our stay!

Loved it!

We had a group of 14 staying at the house and we had an amazing time! Laura was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We took our pontoon out and enjoyed playing with the provided rafts/lake toys. House was nice and spacious and had everything you could need. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Great property with a view.

We celebrated my brothers 50th bday here and it was such a fun place! Laura was very quick to respond to messages and gave a very thorough rundown of the property prior to check in. The lake is very close and beautiful ! The sunsets were unforgettable! The back patio is beautiful with everything you need for the fire pit and grill. Laura set us up with everything we needed for s’mores and that was a big hit with the kids (and adults) in our group. Perfect for the fire pit. We had 20 people and while that meant not all the couples got a private room, we had plenty of space for sleeping and dining.

Great spot for bringing a big group together

I was looking for a spot to bring my big family together from opposite ends of the country for a thanksgiving dinner. My grandmother being in the central location of Oklahoma, we decided to look for places there. This home ended up being what could fit us all, and it had great open spaces indoors and outdoors. The property manager was helpful and easy to get ahold of. There are so many outdoor entertaining options that comes with this property and I’m hoping to make another reservation during the summer to take advantage of being right on the lake! Highly recommend!

This was a great property to stay with our family and extended family. We were in town to celebrate a wedding and this was a perfect location for our family and friends to meet. The place was perfect for a family getaway. The house is well stocked with everything imaginable…..even kayaks, a WIi for the kids, movies, etc. Laura has thought of everything. Patio was amazing…..and 2 fridges outside for drinks! Looking forward to next time!

Best Air B&B I’ve ever stayed at!

The property was exactly as described (better actually) on Vrbo.com. The home was stocked with everything we could have needed including full kitchen accessories, extra bedding, towels, games (both indoor and outdoor) first aid kit, etc. It had what became known as the magic closet where you could find a pack and play, highchair, extra TV’s, coffee pots, sun hats, lanterns. Laura was so easy to contact and communicate with and led us in the right direction for everything we needed to have a beautiful lakeside wedding! I will definitely be going back for more stays; we didn’t want to leave!!

Perfect Lakehouse with an awesome view

The process was easy & I had no issues with it. Working with the property owner was absolutely awesome! Laura was super helpful, informative & was always available if we needed her. The house & location were awesome! The entire family agreed that we’re either buying this place (LOL!!) or making it a stay at least once a year! First time using a service/property like this & I’m elated at how it all turned out. Thank you again to Laura for everything!!

Grandkids get away.

Laura the owner was the best to communicate with. She answered text very quickly. The house itself was roomy and comfortable with many conveniences and fully furnished. The best part was the back patio, room for kids to run down to the lake, or enjoy the sunset. Or fix s’mores. It was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Group of 10
