The Space:

Designed for comfort and connection, this sunny two-level home offers open living spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, and multiple areas to gather or unwind. The main level centers around a light-filled living space, with a stone fireplace, plush seating, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The gourmet kitchen is a standout feature, with a long island and four bar stools, along with a dining table for six, all surrounded by windows for a bright and inviting feel.



Both the living room and dining area provide access to the expansive two-level deck, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces. The upper deck includes a gas grill, while the lower level features built-in seating, a dining table for four, and a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring McCall.



Also on the main level is a bedroom with a king bed and closet, along with a nearby full bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a sink and second refrigerator adds extra convenience for longer stays.



Upstairs, the layout offers additional flexibility for groups. One bedroom includes a twin bed and a full-size futon, while another bedroom features a queen bed and a twin futon. A third upstairs bedroom offers a king bed. There are two full bathrooms on this level — one with a shower, and another with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. A dedicated office space provides a quiet place to work when needed.

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.
