The desk clerk was not nice upon check-in. Did not see anyone at the desk when leaving. The hallway and room smelled like smoke. The room itself was very clean and accommodating. The complimentary lobby cookies were yummy!

I pre- paid my stay and upon check out was charged again even though I showed my receipt. The clerk stated no Manager was on duty and they could not help with the issue. They then told me hotel.com had the money.

I enjoyed the stay. I was mostly clean and quiet. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Lastly, please let the front desk attendant know NOT to say the room number out loud as anyone especially women will see that as a safety issue.

Staying the whole weekend with 4 family members for a wedding. Checked in perfectly, and got the whole family to the room with all of our belongings to find no where to hang any clothes. No worries, we figured that part out. No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning, housekeeping will just use their card and attempt to make entry in your room while your asleep. The next day, I went to go get some more linen for the bathroom, and attendant at the front desk acted like I just disrupted her daily watching of the soap operas. She came off as very rude and giving half of what was asked for. On the morning of check out, no worries on setting an alarm, housekeeping proceeded to enter room again scaring the crap out of my kids. We decided it was just best to go ahead and leave because at this particular Holiday Inn Express, you are staying on their time not your own.

Nice value lodging. The room was nice. Only odd thing was it didn’t have a closet or rack to hang clothes. Staff was nice. Right nice to a highway don’t was a bit noisy, but not too bad. I’d stay there again.

My only complaint was that we thought we needed an extra bed.. so they brought us one .. but the mattress had really bad stains.. actually horrible... And the mattress looks unclean and dirty. Of course we did not use it we willed it back outside in the hall... Luckily for us we didn't need it we use the sofa couch. But overall The experience there was great
