The Space:

Important Notice: The driveway is on a steep incline and we recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle for the easiest access. Please ensure you are aware of and comfortable with the steep, gravel driveway, as it may pose challenges when entering or exiting.



This 2,826 sq. ft. mountain retreat unfolds across three spacious levels, giving your group plenty of room to gather, unwind, and play. Designed for both connection and comfort, it’s the perfect setup for families and friends traveling together.



Main Level – Gather & Connect

The main floor welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a fireplace and Smart TV — the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure. Just steps away, a large dining table seats 12–14 comfortably, making group meals easy and memorable. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. A laundry room with washer and dryer adds convenience, along with a powder room on this level.



Upper Level – Rest & Recharge

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious primary suite with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath complete the level, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day.



Lower Level – Entertainment Hub

Downstairs is where the fun begins. Two more guest bedrooms and a full bathroom provide extra space for your group. The game room is packed with entertainment — challenge each other to pool, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, or air hockey, then wind down with a movie on the Smart TV. It’s an all-in-one entertainment zone designed for hours of fun.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the cabin and outdoor areas. A unique entry code will be provided before check-in. Parking includes space for up to three cars in the driveway with a clear shared pathway for neighbors, plus additional street parking available nearby without blocking access.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is ideally located to offer the best of both worlds: tranquility and convenience. Situated just a short drive from Massanutten Resort, you can enjoy year-round activities including skiing, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, and water park fun. The surrounding area is rich with outdoor adventures, local wineries, charming shops, and delectable dining options.



Getting Around:

Getting around the cabin is easiest by car, as this area is highly car‑dependent with minimal transit and low walkability.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve thoughtfully designed this home as a private retreat for comfort, connection, and memorable time together. To ensure a seamless and relaxing stay for you and our neighbors, please note:



✧ Temporary emergency restrictions on outdoor fire pits are currently in effect in the Massanutten area. Due to safety concerns and local regulations, the use of outdoor fire pits is not permitted at this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



✧ This cabin is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.



✧ The driveway is steep and gravel. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended.



✧ The cabin is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (does not record conversations). If sound levels exceed community limits, you will receive an automatic notification.



✧ Occupancy & Visitors

Local guidelines allow up to 14 overnight guests, with up to 10 additional daytime visitors (maximum 24 people total on the property during daytime).



✧ Parking

All tires must remain off the road at all times. Do not block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. Vehicles may only be parked in designated areas or in the overflow lot located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. Buses, campers, and RVs are not permitted to park at homes or on roads; the overflow lot may be used with written host approval.



✧ Pre-Arrival Details

Prior to arrival, guests complete a short rental agreement, ID verification, and damage protection selection. This helps us prepare everything beautifully for your stay.



✧ A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection *7 business days*) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40 per night (Maximum: $200) is applied to your stay, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

✧ Flexible Arrival & Departure

Check-in is at or after 4:00 PM on your check-in day. Checkout is at or before 10:00 AM on your check-out day. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time are liable for any associated costs and expenses. For any unapproved late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 20 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour.



✧ Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Noise and smoking detection technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $1000, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
