Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. Kids club was a huge hit and we used it 4 times. The staff were incredible, very caring and kind. We were able to complete ibadah whilst kids played and were safe at the club. Kids also enjoyed the food and ate there every time. Definitely will be recommending the hotel to others. Location, care, comfort and facilities were excellent. Thank you to all the staff. You're doing a fantastic job.

Amazing breakfast and dinner with lots of variety which meant we didn’t have to eat fast food each night. Excellent service from all staff who went above and beyond during out stay. Only thing i would comment on is the cleanliness as you leave the hotel from the back side to Al Haram this could be improved, huge contrast from front of hotel which is immaculate and clean

Check in process was terrible. The room was not ready. Once checked into the property there was no hot water for 24 hours. Kept being told they will fix it and was ignored. Once fixed all was fine. Second room paid for breakfast and then told there was no breakfast included with the package.

Amazing stay at Jumeirah Makkah! So impressed with everything. The housekeeping staff in particular who went the extra mile every day and made sure we always had everything we needed. Breakfast options were great! Great location and away from the crowd of the clock tower area hotels.

I am so glad I booked this hotel as I was confused between booking this or Clock tower hotels and I am so thankful that I picked this hotel as this was a 3 minute walk directly leading to gate 79 entrance to the haram. So many options for food. Service was really good. Room was phenomenal and the haram view was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. My mother really enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We hardly ate outside because of the great options available at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Makkah and would highly recommend that you add the breakfast, half board or full board with your stay as it is really worth it. Thank you to the entire staff for their hospitality during our stay. InshAllah I will be booking the same hotel when I visit Makkah again soon inshAllah and Ameen. JazakAllah khair.
