The hotel is beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was good and worth purchasing. The staff was very nice and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff, location and modern clean room. The friendliness of the staff especially deserves praise. From start to finish everybody was so nice and helpful. The Amena restaurant is wonderful, as is the Inzolente rooftop. I was treated with kindness in each. A special thank you to Moises in the Amena restaurant and Andreas in Inzolente for their fantastic service!

This hotel is 3 stars on a good day. Staff was lovely, but the amenities and general accommodations were lacking. No laundry, no spa, no pool. Bar closed early every night. Beds were rock hard. Maybe by South American standards this is high end, but don't be surprised if you're disappointed.

Camilo, Stasy and Andres were very attentive and provided excellent customer service. For those complaining about the noise you are literally in Provenza, just don’t go to sleep early :) This will definitely be my place of stay in Medallo. Excellent!

The noise everyone complained about was factul. The hotel must me aware as the room comes with a noise machine, which helped cut out the background noise while sleeping. Dog friendly hotel, so my neighbours dog was barking all night. Front staff wasnt too helpful about the situation The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, dining ect. Hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

Loud Music

The hotel was great until the weekend. They play really loud music at the rooftop until 1:30am and we had to get up at 3:30 to go to the airport. We only slept and our or two due to the noise in the hotel.

Staff is very friendly, specially Moises. We loved the roof top, the view is amazing. Property is nice, centered and near many stores. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lighting on vanity, other than that, very happy with our stay. Will probably return.
