I went here to relax and across from my room there was a family with younger kids whome were crying and they were also slamming doors and talking out loud late nights. The Jacuzzi was not hot and could not be adjusted to get any warmer. Other than that it was a nice place to stay at. The staff was great.

We loved staying here.

The room was spacious, clean comfortable and everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It was so convenient to have breakfast included which had a good selection. We loved sitting outside with a glass of wine, swimming in the pool with a great view. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was excellent.

Good and friendly place

Loved the staff. Good breakfast. My wife was not happy about anything and she wanted to move to another location in Medellin which we intended to book in the first place. I booked belford instead of Medellin not knowing the difference. Both hotels are in very close distance. It should be noted somewhere to not confuse locations. I was not the only one who made this mistake. One lady who was checking out heard me talking to the staff about the mistake and she told me that she did the same thing. Regardless the hotel staff was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you

Exceeded expectations

Definitely a five star hotel. Floor 4 at least was recently renovated and in great modern condition. Breakfast was good; did not eat dinner or have cocktails on site though. Location was excellent. There was plenty of foot traffic nearby to feel safe walking at night but was far enough away from the clubs to be quiet. We would stay here again.
