Excellent property close to everything, very clean, and had everything I needed. The only knock is that there is no AC in the main living area or the second room, and it can become a little hot at times. Other than that, this was an excellent stay. I would stay here again, but might ask for a fan.

Bad Experience

Neighborhood is good, but unfortunately this apartment need some improvement the couch on the living room is old and dirty you can even feel the woods when you sit down, when we receive the apartment was dirty, there is not enough blankets or towels for a long stay, the internet stop working on the next day we arrived and the owners/ administrators never did anything to fix it all they said was that the modem needed to be fix but they never fixed, to contact them was also a little bit hard, if your planing to rent a car at first they give you a parking spot but then if someone else is parked at your spot you have to park in the visitors parking. The building is not even nice from the outside is ok but one you enter the hallways are dirty and also at 5am the noise from the cars gets terrible. Definitely not staying here again. And also we do not recommend this place

Good place for your money

The unit was missing an A/C unit in the 2nd bedroom (which by the way is not "independent" as it lacks a door for privacy. The kitchen lacked plates for four (4) people, only had for two. Overall a good place, but not great.

Beautiful apartment

What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very beautiful apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. Wilmer, the gentleman who checked us in, was very nice and attentive and responded promptly on WhatsApp when we messaged for extra blankets. Will definitely be staying here again i. The future and recommending to friends.

Fine but can be improved by management

The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. Location is great. Safe neighborhood a few blocks away from restaurants and a nice mall (El Tesoro). I would say it's a great option for 3 people. We were five and the one sleeping on the couch didn't sleep very well. At arrival we had to contact the manager for a few issues (not enough dishes or bed sheets, some problems with the water heater....etc) Things that were solved on the same day but that could have been avoided if they had better supervision of the property. I hope they improve this because it's a nice and simple apartment.
