Welcome to La Bella Vista. This beautiful house has been newly remodeled and is fully furnished and simply decorated. The Gardens are beautiful with no street noise at all due to the highly priced windows that were installed and folks cannot view inside as they are all sealed with black out window film. You can see out but no-one can view in. The view of Mountain tops are gorgeous. This offers lots of hiking areas and wineries if that is something you are looking for. We also have Jacksonville Historical town under 3 miles drive. Zip lines are offered as well as quad riding, skiing, snow mobiles etc. Rogue Valley is known for all its out door activities.

I hope you enjoy your stay here. I would ask that NO SHOES would be worn inside the house.

Absolutely Wonderful

Had a wonderful time here. Plenty of room and yard space. Everything I needed was just a short drive away. The neighborhood is cleaner from when I remembered living there way back when. If only the last guest had followed the grilling rules and cleaned the grill after use, this would be a 10/10 stay.

Family Home

I was looking for a home to accommodate my family of five and this was a perfect fit! The home was clean and updated! This home is decorated very cute and we all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom was equipped with everything needed for our stay! The yards are manicured nicely and has a covered back patio to provide shade for the hot weather. The home has air conditioning which was needed after coming back from a hot day of golfing and a hot day at the lake. There is street parking in front of the home as well as a driveway that fits two cars. Check in and out was simple and stress free! We will definitely book this home again if we are back in the Medford area! Thank you to the host for sharing your beautiful home!

Good stay

It was a good place to call home base while we explored the area, not too far from major freeways and the neighborhood was quiet. It was very clean and the decor was nicely themed. Would recommend. There were some slight communication issues getting checked in, but the owner/manager was able to get things squared away pretty quickly.
