Airport shuttle is offered via corporate Uber account. Staff members were all friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious and nicely appointed. Hotel us nonsmoking, but unfortunately, the casino is not.

We stayed for a concert and had a great experience. Staff was helpful and happy, food options were great, and rooms were very clean. The only thing I would say is the pool was too cold for us. The hot tub was perfect.

Got to hotel at 3, check in time. Front desk woman said room was not ready. She would text when ready. Never texted me. Finally, went to desk and they had a room but they didn’t let me know. I waited almost an hour! This has never happened to me before.
