It's a nice place, but it has a lot of stairs to go for breakfast. There is no elevator for people staying on the second floor. The breakfast was ok, but didn't have decaf coffee. It was very sunny for the breakfast sitting area.

There was no one there to greet us when we arrived and We had to sit and wait for someone to come to the front desk. They placed a hold on our card for possible room damages and it took over a week for the charge to be reversed. On a positive note the Indian Kitchen restaurant was great

The room was comfortable as we were in Medicine Hat for a funeral. The bed was excellent and the walkin shower was a treat. The only complaint was that the toilet seat was loose and the holder for the toilet tissue was loose and one couldn't put toilet tissue on it to stay. The room number was 118.
