On a whole it was an ok place to stay. The key wouldn't work all the time. We had to enter the main door to get into our room. Pool area had no towels and a sketch open wire by where you turn on the hot tub. Once reno's are complete it will be better!? Breakfast was decent and it was a nice big area to sit and have the meal.

Positives: Front desk staff were very polite. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. Negatives: Room needs a serious renovation. The tub looks like it was an installed insert many, many years ago. Breakfast - hot food was actually cold. There was no yogurt, etc in the fridge. In fact the fridge unit was empty. The orange juice dispenser pretty much dispensed mostly water. Terrible. In general, I will not stay at this property again.

Noisy door to outside under staircase. Noisy as people ascend stairs or bang car door and talk. Breakfast poor hot food cold. Many complains from folks having breakfast. Passage ways to room dusty.

The rooms were older but the pool hot tub and breakfast were above average for a hotel in this price range. My only complaint was that my room did not have a fridge. Since i stayed for 6 nights a fridge would have been nice.

False advertising on a horrible hotel

I booked online snd it was rated good. There were holes in walls the bathroom door fell off its slider. There was no light in the bathroom. I booked a hotel in Calgary same price near airport and it was excellent. This hotel should not be a part of Hotels.come rewards program

Chose this property as it allowed a dog and had a pool for the kids. Beds are very comfortable which is the most important. Pool area is well kept with large hot tub and good sized pool, tables chairs and loungers. Rooms are clean and functional but could use some freshening up. Breakfast food was standard but had to ask for plates to be replenished, coffee was weak and no fruit or yogurt. Sausages, eggs and hash browns were good. Pleasant stay all considered...

The bed was very comfy and the linens were great. The breakfast was good too and the hotel was quiet. The room was quite dated. Was missing electrical outlet covers. The curtains had something in the middle of them which made it impossible to close them all the way. The bathroom door was difficult to shut. The caulking in the bathtub needs to be replaced. And faucet in the sink was too short so it was difficult to use as it was too close to the edge of the sink.
