Building layout is very confusing. It has many floors and shopping areas inside. Once you leave your room, it is hard to find it again. Different elevators take you to completely different sections of the building. It feels like one huge shared complex with many other businesses, not just the hotel. This made it even harder for us since our rooms were placed on different floors.

Bathrooms need real complete makeover, fixtures are flimsy, shower wall has mold and overall look is out dated. Room service guys are good. But room was nice, absolutely Great location.

Looks like its a road side motel. Not cleaned properly I’ve found tablets under the table. Beds and all furniture was like 50 years old. Kitchen items have very bad odour. Overall as a hotel 1/10 but location is 10/10

There was a selection of breakfast available which met everyones need, including children. Staff were very helpful. Location was great however, there are 2 blocks of the hotel. We stayed in the second block, meaning having to go through the shopping centre to access lifts to the room. The room itself was dark and over crowded. 3 singles bed with little room. We requested a cot for our 8 month old baby. Although one was provided, the cot was dirty with debris. I did not feel comfortable putting my baby in it. There was no room for the cot. Basic bathroom- no hand/body wash in both bottles provided. Not upto expectation. Will not be staying here again. Definitely not 5*

The rooms is very dirty. The staff is under trained and I booked for a Haram view. They sent me to the dirtiest road towards the street and I paid top dollar and the hotel itself look very very old and that maintain.

Worst hotel to stay

The breakfast menu and the staff at the restaurant was absolutely fabulous. No doubt the service and the rest restaurant was very nice. The waiter had done the shake at the station. They were just awesome. As regarding the room, it was OK but the room service was not good at all as they were providing the towels, all torn in a very depleted condition which once you throw it away as they were charging so high for the room and yet you don’t get proper towels. The worst part of the room paying such a lot of money and I was given a room, which was totally dark could not see anything outside. We didn’t pay money for such room and when I told the reception he said, the entire hotel is booked, whereas I know that the Madinah Tower Was empty, but yet the receptionist was very very rude. Uncouth, uncultured and talked very very rudely did not do anything. I was very very unhappy with my stay this time I have previously stayed in the same hotel three times earlier and I was very much satisfied.. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone .
