Staff helpful, lift fast. Not plush, but comfortable enough and a really practical option for a family given the good location, second bedroom with twin beds in some rooms, washing machine, kitchen etc. Swimming pool useable for laps, hot tub basic but better than nothing, sauna decent.

Staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My stay was comfortable as well, and the price is very reasonable. If I had to nitpick, it's easy for water to splash out of the bath area when showering. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The property was nice and clean, but I had a balcony and there was no lock on the balcony door as it was broken, and the curtains didn’t go the four way across the glass windows which I didn’t particularly like the light during the night

The one bedroom apartment was very roomy . It had everything in it you needed and of high standard . Very comfy bed It was however quite noisy owing to the proximity of the train line. It was very handy to tram network and Southern cross station . Staff were welcoming .

The size of the apartment was amazing and it had all the inclusions in the room that you would need. It was just the train noise that was unexpectedly loud during the night. I'm quite a heavy sleeper usually but it did keep me awake at night. So if you're sensitive to noise then choose a different hotel. But the location is fabulous and the staff were very friendly.

Free tram stop right out the front. The two bedroom apartment was very large clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the DFOs. We will definately stay again
