Coastal Family Retreat
This ideally located, spacious contemporary home offers everything you need for a delightful stay. Designed with open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, it also features a large alfresco deck, a family bathroom, and a master bedroom with an ensuite. The property is enhanced by an inground trampoline and a basketball ring, catering to a variety of interests.
The Kitchen and Living Area This luxurious retreat feat
The bright and airy living space showcases timber flooring and reverse cycle air-conditioning, with an open-plan kitchen boasting luxurious stone benchtops. The dining and living areas seamlessly extend through large glass sliding doors to an elevated, covered deck. This outdoor space is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, complete with a BBQ, dining table, and outdoor lounge. It provides a wonderful setting to relax with a glass of wine while keeping an eye on the children playing.
The home’s four well-appointed bedrooms offer both comfort and privacy. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning to ensure a restful sleep year-round. The master suite is a spacious retreat featuring a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom, ideal for children or extra guests, includes a tri-bunk bed. The fourth bedroom also features a queen bed.
In addition to the master ensuite, the home includes a family bathroom with a standalone bath and a combined bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet downstairs.
The outdoor area is designed for entertainment, featuring a pizza oven, in-ground trampoline, and basketball ring. The garage on the same level is equipped with a table tennis table and a TV. The property is best suited for children over five years old due to the steep rear stairs. For added convenience, there is a hot shower in the front yard, perfect for rinsing off after a beach visit. Off-street parking is available for 3-4 cars in tandem.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
