Was a very nice hotel to have a weekend in Melbourne. Pool was lovely and the Sauna was great, Steam room could have done with a clean and sanitise kind of smelt like dirty socks/feet in there. For a premium hotel it was disappointing overall. Beautiful room and cleanliness was as you’d expect. We had so much luggage and the fro t desk just pointed at the cart and said use that. No offer of help whatsoever! Club lounge also disappointing and not really a club lounge. More an area you can access for a few refreshments on self serve but averagely stocked. Great location for marvel stadium.

Great location, the room was a good size and well presented. The ammenities very good and the staff generally helpful. The overall service could be better to get a 5 star review, a couple of minor issues around the room heating and the room not being made up on one occasion could have been dealt with easier than it was. We were also going to be charged for valet of a car we didn't have, but sorted at check out. We stayed for a week
