We had a lovely stay - it was a 2 night getaway with great food and shopping the hotel is clean the staff are kind and friendly the rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is awesome - if I had to pick in one thing only I’d say - the pillows were not comfortable too hard.

New luxury business hotel

Connected to the shopping centre via an undercover walkway. Convenient in grabbing a quick lunch between meetings. Spacious rooms with thoughtful layout for work stations and relaxation on a sofa rather than wokring on a bed. New hotel with new car smell. The pool was suitbale for a dip, not a lap pool with no shower facilities. The gym was extremely small. Had a late night snack at the roof bar. Beautiful night views.

Staff member who checked me in was rude and abrupt . Room was nice but facing the road , road noise could be heard from 0500-0600 onwards with trucks and traffic. Wouldnt recommend if you wanted a stay with a good nights sleep

Trying to avoid long weekend in Melbourne (too many people and events (engagement parties). Check in was chaotic and pool with over 20 kids around. Not an intimate experience. Room great and restaurant as well.

Fantastic stay. Excellent service both at dining areas as well as room service. Rm cleaned and made up daily and no request too hard. Asked for extra milk and sugar and was there straight away. Pool lovely warm and with great views. Also great service when ordering food and drinks by the pool. Check in and check out easy and breakfast extensive choice and superb. Great location if there for shopping and for nearby monash uni and easy to drive into the city. Highly recommend this hotel and will definately be staying there again
