Ibis is really impressive. I stayed there on night of arrival from Vietnam and France and had a great sleep, shower, and super breakfast. Made my long flight so much better. Super impressed.

The only issue I had with the hotel was, there was work takeing place in the entrance area and the staircase. Whilst this was not to problematic there was a few times when a workman was hammering nails and using a machine which fired nails into skirting boards etc. this was at times like someone was shooting. He on one day started at 07.30am and once was still nailing & firing nails close to 18.30pm. I know work needs to be done.

Great stay! Only minor issue that dinner menu on a Saturday is a set menu :(((( probably needs to be clearer pre booking. Not a biggie, overall excellent stay. Charming staff especially breakfast crew. Really lovely, professional and happy peeps. Breakfast exceedingly good .

Great place to stay before an early flight. Shuttle bus to T1 and T2 and an easy 5 minute walk to T4. Whilst you can see the planes, it’s still quiet. And Ibis Style only. All your needs are there for a very good price. And comfortable bed!

Overall the experience was good. The hotel room was very clean and spacious, however, the amenities within the room was lacking substantially. I don’t usually pack shampoo or conditioner to try new products at the hotel and this was the first hotel where I experienced using shampoo and conditioner from one bottle, and it was horrible. My hair felt so dull and stripped, it was honestly disappointing. Also there wasn’t any lotion either which was disappointing as-well. The room service did not work on any of our devices and the number we called never connected. We had to go down and order for ourselves and we were charged $6 to get it up to our room when we didn’t even have a choice but to order there. The chips were great, but the burgers were dry and the bun was burnt, honestly not work the price at all. The transport was a bit of a miscommunication. We called before our flight to see if we needed to book and they said to just call them whenever you needed it/when arrived, however, we found this not to be the case in the morning and we had to wait walk anyway. We did call and ask prior to see if we needed to book so that was a bit frustrating. Overall an okay stay but those small things really added up for our 2 night stay.
