We emailed prior to ensure the shuttle to hotel was available. This was confirmed which is great as I was travelling with my 85 yo mother. When I called at midnight the phone rang out. I then called reception and was told there was a 30 min wait due to road works. Yet all other shuttles were doing pick ups. I then had to walk to the hotel with my elderly mum at 1:00am. Upon arriving the front of house the welcome from the terrible. This was the Novotel desk as there wasn’t anyone at Ibis. No help was offered with our luggage. Here’s your key and off you go attitude. The room however was nice and spacious. I had the breakfast downstairs and was met by 2 lovely front of house people. The selection was great and the food was lovely.

Great airport hotel, the rooms arent massive, but they dont need to be, the windows are fairly good at reducing some airplane noise, but not completely silent. Slept well for one night, breakfast was included and was pretty good (and really handy).

Got into Melbourne very late after long haul flight. A little walk to hotel, but easy to find. The room was clean and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Staff helpful and polite.
