Very modern and (in my eyes) attractive hotel within 15 mins level walk of the Domestic terminal. My room was large, with comfy bed, large flat screen TV and en-suite. There’s a modern, clean gym/pool within the complex which costs a flat $15 for the stay. Also a spa at additional cost. I had one dinner (good asparagus risotto) and breakfast (the only option was an extensive all you can eat buffet for $40). There’s not much to do locally but a great place to stay whilst waiting for flights.

Check in is a long wait with only 2 on counter so not the best being an airport hotel people are tired and just want to get to their room. No cold water in fridge was poor as wanted a cool drink of water when we arrived, pillows were shocking flinstone pillows hard as rocks. The room was really quiet which was great, could hear a light rumble from planes but just sounded like thinder which didnt worry me. People on front desk were great. Airport transfer was excellent. Restaurant dronks were expensive Well if you have time and want to explore the city be warned uber $100 & airbus for 2 was $70 & 1 was a pensioner,

Some of the staff weren't very welcoming i requested a shuttle to the airport as i had a heavy bag otherwise i would have walked and was told if i wasn't on time it would leave without me, there is definitely a better way to say this. I arrived at reception at 2.45 for a shuttle at 3 to be told there was no shuttle as the receptionist was on duty and couldn't leave reception to take me i dont understand why nobody had the courtesy to let me know the night before so very disappointed

One of your questions was Staff and Service. That would be difficult to answer as there were no staff on reception desk and a board to say, please use self check in. Thankfully, the staff on Novatel desk were able to assist with a self check in problem. It was an excellent venue for short stay overnight before early flight the next morning.

The property was fine for what we wanted, somewhere to stay near the airport between flights. We did not see any staff members during our stay and self checked in/out. Our e m was clean and had everything we needed, but the shower kept falling down when you showered which was frustrating. Overall was fine and would stay there again
