Rooms are great and an easy walk to/from the airport. The gym is the largest I've ever seen for a hotel, absolutely fantastic. Even had compression leggings. The restaurant was great and breakfast was excellent. There aren't many food options around otherwise though, and we found UberEats etc did not deliver around the airport.

Hotel ticks all the boxes from location, quality and price but they need to sort their room service. App doesn't work and it's hard to get the restaurant on the phone to order. Had 6 guests staying there and 3 of us had the same problem.

The hotel amenities were fine, pool was ok but not very warm, it's a great location, a bit more of a walk than Park Royal. Restaurant/Food options are limited and very pricy. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and the sheets were very starchy and noisy when you moved around.

I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel. Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. I ended up walking to the hotel which is a walkable 10-15mins, however after a long flight and with luggage it is not ideal. Apart from that, the hotel is lovely with a great gym, swimming pool, sauna facility and many tasty food options.

Room, staff and amenities were great- but dining options were limited and expensive on the weekend. Left with choice of $$$ set menu in house restaurant or a walk to the airport food court. Room service wasn’t an option until after 10pm. Need better food options for the type of stay it provides.

The hotel staff and the hotel itself were great. However, the restaurant staff as well as the food can certainly improve. We paid for a breakfast buffet, and but there was no coffee available.We had to pay for our coffees separately. These were not good at all.
