I booked the Quality Melbourne Hotel as I was arriving late into the airport and didn't know my way around Melbourne. This hotel has a shuttle service, which was great and efficient. Just call the hotel number and they arrived at the aitport within 10 minutes. Checkin at hotel was super quick and although the room looked bigger in the picture, it was a very comfy double bed for a solo traveller. Toilet, shower, bed very clean and equipped with tea, coffee, busciits, kettle, iron and ironing board if required. I had booked breakfast which was contnental or cooked and lots to choose from. Also juice, teas, coffees and takeout coffees and very pleasant service from the lovely italian lady. Staff at reception were also lovely. I got the free shuttle service back to the airport so I could get the skybus to Frankston then on to Rye, where I'm having a wonderful time. Would book again x

We liked the free shuttle and the hotel was close to the airport. The driver was helpful in loading our bag into the van. The unit was on the ground floor, neat and tidy with a comfortable bed. Ideal for a good rest after a long flight and early start. Although breakfast was included we couldn't use due to early morning departure. Did not have time to look at facilities at the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was basic, but very neat and clean, and very sufficient for my stay. My only complaint would be the amount of activity outside with people coming and going at odd hours, which made it hard to sleep. But with my own flight being early in the morning, I iamgine my own departure might jave made it hard for someone else to sleep. Would definitively stay here again.

Serves the purpose if you need a place to stay to catch an early flight. Feels safe, staff are friendly. The restaurant’s food is O.K., but don’t recommend the paella. Other dining options are a close distance, but mostly junk food. Overall, we had a good stay.

Absolutely fabulous for airport convenience with a shuttle. The breakfast is amazing, and having a bar to have a quiet drink after a flight was great. The rooms are lovely and clean and the outside pool area is very relaxing. Perfect place to stay. Only downer was shower water pressure, but that’s no biggie

Great option

Had an upstairs room which was quite big and very clean , the breakfast was great , cook always checking levels of food available and all is cooked very well . Transfer to airport you book but goes every hslf an hour only took 10 min for pic up after landing , stayed a few times here also shopping centre and pub 10 min walk away
