Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions.

The property needs an upgrade for the price asking .. floor boards creak all over, no kettle, little cutlery, needs paint desperatly, door furniture bearly on the doors, floor halls smell and carpet was dirty.

The filthiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Nothing cleaned properly our room was not suitable for kids being in this state. Babies had black knees from crawling on carpet. I could go on all day. So disappointed we could not use spa or pool for kids.
