All bedrooms and living areas are located on the upper level. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with access to a delightful wraparound veranda. The room also boasts a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Accompanying this space, discover four other generously sized bedrooms that ensure a restful night's sleep.
The heart of this enchanting home lies within its main living area, where a cozy fireplace invites you to unwind and bask in its warm embrace. The seamless flow to the dining and kitchen areas creates a delightful space for communal gatherings, with the added allure of overlooking the outdoor balcony.
A second living area is located off the kitchen area, featuring a TV and sofas. This space graciously opens up to both the front and back decks.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying, and loud parties are strictly prohibited.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests are asked to bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the homeâs description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes one bath towel and two tea towels (for the first ordered towel set only).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, a one-time delivery and setup fee of $40 will be applied.
For linen or towel hires, please advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice. Last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
