This is in very convenient location near CBD. You can hop on one of many trams that pass near the apartment to City. It is a practical spacious apartment, bright and beautiful bay view from the balcony. You can enjoy indoor pool, tennis court, gyms and BBQ. The perfect base to enjoy Melbourne.

5 minutes walk to the Botanical garden and tram stops. 20 minutes walk or quick tram ride to CBD or a market. Share scooters is also available in this area. It's easy reach to Australian open, MCG, AAMY park and Grand Prix.
The space
It's s spacious one bedroom apartment with beautiful sea view located near city.

We welcome a family. There is a single daybed in lounge which can be extended for booking of a family of 4 people.

A indoor car parking space available. A large car does not fit in the space.
Guest access
There is a indoor pool, gym, tennis court and BBQ facility in the apartment that guests can access.

Please, let us know if you need a parking space. There is a secure free parking in apartment(Max hight 2.05m). The parking spot has a storage and it is not suitable for large cars if it's front dose not fit under the storage. It is free street parking on weekend. Please, message me if you are concerned about parking space.

Max 3 adults.
Max number of guests we can host is 4 people. Please note there is a queen bed in the bedroom and 1 king size sofa bed (2 single mattress attached) in lounge room where lots of morning light comes in.

Please, no pet visitors without booking them in first. Pet fee is $100 per stay.
Please not allow little children nor pets at the balcony without supervision. There are balcony chairs which you could keep inside if you have children.
