Staff need basic training in customer service

The staff was transparent about closing the resort for the next 2 to 3 years for rebuild. The facilities look extremely dated and are in a state of dilapidation. Our first room had a toilet seat that had rusted off at the hinges and mold in the shower. The second room which we were told was the only other room in the whole resort had an ant problem that we traced to a sticky substance on part of the floor along with some mold and rust in the bathroom (not to the extent of the first room). When voicing our concerns the staff did not care for solutions. The generic response is that they could re-clean the room and offer maintenance the next time someone was in. The cleaning was done quickly and left some mold. We cleaned areas ourselves. When I asked to speak with the manager to express my concerns about the state of the resort and lack of service from their staff I did not have any better results with resolution. While a dinner voucher was offered for our "inconvenience," that does not remedy the state of the crumbling building and lack of care from staff. On the final night we did accept the voucher and were glad we never ate dinner there on any other night. At checkout they charged us for the dinner even though we had given them the voucher presented to us. The location was beautiful with calm water great to get into as a family, but a rebuild of the property will not make us want to stay here again as long as staff continue to be unable to do their jobs or training improve.

The staff were amazing and kind. It makes me so sad that the hotel is closing because new hotels dont have happy and generous staff like this hotel. The spirit of this hotel made it unique and very precious to me.

Bellissimo il luogo ma pessimo servizio.

La posizione dell'Hotel è fantastica ma il resto è davvero mal gestito.. le pulizie vengono fatte poco e male, gli asciugamani cambiati erano sporchi ed un giorno sono stati ritirati e non rimessi, il cibo del ristorante era semplicemente immangiabile e per due persone con una bottiglia d'acqua ci hanno chiesto 45 euro di cena (a buffet).. Per tutto il soggiorno l'ascensore della nostra ala non funzionava, con camera al terzo piano... Tre giorni senza ascensore con camera al terzo piano, orari del ristorante davvero stringenti e servizio bar poco fornito..

The view from our hotel room was fantastic. it was nice that they have laundry facilities but they need to do something about the switch between the washing machine and dryer. I had a problem with the other guest regarding the switch. There is only one power source, you can only use either washing machine or the dryer but not both

Lite slitet hotell sett till helheten men underbart läge lite avskilt från staden. Underbar utsikt över bukten. välstädat och trevlig personal. fina poolområden och liten sandstrand vid havet. underbart läge med närhet till staden (mellieha). ett stort plus är det faktum att de tog ansvar för de katter som fanns i området och såg till att de fick mat.

Bardzo fajny hotel, krótko i na temat: Plusy: położenie (północna strona Malty gdzie znajdują się najpiękniejsze plaże i zatoki oraz wioska Popeye , rzut beretem na Comino i Gozo) , , czystość , atrakcje w hotelu(bary , zabawy , dyskoteki , nurkowanie , wycieczki ) wszystko w jednym miejscu - sklep , bankomat , fantastyczna miła i pomocna obsługa , bardzo dobre i smaczne posiłki , przepiękny ogród , bardzo duży taras i basen , atmosfera w obiekcie. Minusy : wygląd budynku szczególnie z zewnątrz widać że czas na remont , monotonne jedzenie szczególnie śniadania , mała plaża hotelowa - my woleliśmy chodzić na plaże przy zatoce Melieha (cudna ciepła woda ) albo po drugiej stronie paradise beach (ta woda !!!) więcej nie znajduje Jak dla mnie 8,5 na 10 . Ogólnie polecam odwiedzić Maltę , przepiękna wyspa a Cominoo o jej blue legoon to zdecydowanie perła w koronie Malty,

Замечательный вид из окна и собственный пляж, убирались в номере каждый день, также хотелось бы отметить разнообразные ужины. Рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка и общественный пляж, с автобусной остановки по соседству идет прямой автобус из аэропорта и обратно.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtungen sind sehr abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, direkt am strand, was in Malta selten ist. Der Ausgang vom Zimmer ins Garten ist einmalig schön. Das angebotenes Essen war zur jeder Tageszeit für jeden Geschmack vorhanden und schmeckte super. Sehr freundliches Personal in der Reception, gute Unterhaltungsprogramm. Einfache Möglichkeit mit dem Bus alle Mögliche Reiseziele in Malta zu erkundigen

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przemiła obsługa, szczególnie w Gift Shopie. Z całego wyjazdu byliśmy zadowoleni, z wyjątkiem brudnych ręczników i całego pokoju w mrówkach. Mrówki w jedzeniu, w łazience na ręcznikach, w łóżku, na meblach na podłodze. Szkoda moich pieniędzy wydanych ma jedzenie, które musiałam wyrzucić(było zamknięte).

Die Lage war gut. ABER: Die Anlage ist teilweise sehr heruntergekommen und dreckig. Von einer kürzlichen Renovierung ist in vielen Bereichen nichts zu sehen. Die Duschbadewanne wurde in einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht geputzt und war rostig. Beim erstmalogen betreten des Zimmers lagen mehrere Haare des Zimmermädchens rum, der Boden war dreckig. Vermeintlich frische Teller, Gläser und Besteck im Restaurant sowie die Tische waren mehrfach dreckig. Das Essen war durchweg kalt, geschmacklos und meist Tiefkühlware. Das Personal war meist unfreundlich.

Catastophique j ai acheté ce voyage pour mes parents agés arrivés à l hotel on leur explique dans un vague francais que l hotel est complet /fermé?? aprés les avoir fait attendre à l acceuil et on les place ailleurs dans un autre hotel sans autre forme d'explication. j ai reservé cet hotel il y a8 mois. just a little dated needs new service road, if you are b&b only and decide one evening to stay at the hotel and partake of an evening meal in the restaurant the food is very good but needs more vegetarian selections, however i submit that the cost is not value for money 22/50 euros is a tad excessive for the menu as presented better value in town as the hotel is. due to close soon my comments are academic .

Paradise for teenagers on language School!

This hotel was heaven for teenagers with testosterone pumping. Probebly in Malta for summer schools training their english. They were unattanted and were jumping in the pools, throwing balls and splashing water all over the pool area. Other guest had to tell them to calm down several times.

Con: the staff service was lacking & property is old/ run down. 1) when we checked in, the staff didn’t go over the property area/ amenities. No maps were provided 2) staff couldn’t provide beach towels on Sunday after 4/5pm. We checked in on Sunday afternoon and was not informed of this. We came to Malta for the beach experience. The front desk didn’t keep any in stock either. They were not willing to help 3) no management available to help during Sunday. Regular staff were unable to help any financial questions or concerns- this is very irregular. They didn’t do any follow ups either on our raised concerns. 4) there were cockroaches in the room 5) we left after our first night there and told the staff we left 2 data early due to our disatisfaction - they didn’t care. This hotel doesn’t have a customer service. Pro: Private beach away from busy Malta; ok food buffet, later night convenient store available

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen recht in Ordnung, auch wenn schon die Jahre gekommen wenn man den Hotelkomplex als solches betrachtet. Das Gebäude wurde in den 1970ern / 1980ern errichtet, im Spätsommer 2018 jedoch sind alle Zimmer und viele Bereiche im Hotel renoviert worden. Die Renovierungsarbeiten sind teilweise sehr gut gelungen und man findet das Moderne sowie die Funktionalität und das Bequeme und das Gemütliche im Hotel wieder, obwohl die Zimmer etwas langweilig eingerichtet sind - es ähnelt eher einem Motel One Stil, und so ein Urlaubsgefühl kommt nicht wirklich auf - aber Hauptsache, es ist modern. Die Badezimmer sind funktionstüchtig, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche stimmt und die Zimmer sind wirklich für dieses schon ältere Gebäude recht gross und alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Meerblick. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügen über eine kleine Terrasse, alle Zimmer darüber (2. bis 4. Stock) verfügen über einen Balkon. Es gibt 2 Pools und der hoteleigene Strand ist bequem erreichbar, auch wenn dieser nicht so ausgestattet ist wie zB. in Italien an der oberen Adria. Weitläufige Strände in dem Sinn gibt es hier auf Malta nicht, aber es lässt sich schön baden und das Meer zeigt sich von der schönsten Seite. Das Restaurant ist ebenso modern und die Speisen gut. Am Abreisetage - zumindest war es bei uns so - konnte man bereits ab 2.00 Uhr Morgens das Frühstück einnehmen.
