Our penthouse flat offers two bedrooms, two queen beds (and a huge queen air mattress with additional bedding/pillows available as well), and two full bathrooms. The flat has a full kitchen, dining area, and open living room space with natural lighting throughout the flat. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels in the tub/shower. The cleaners will gather and wash them upon arrival.
Please remove all garbage bags containing trash and place in the trash chute located on the 5th floor just beyond and parallel to elevator.
Return access card by hanging on the welcome board near front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was as advertised. It was very clean and welcoming. My family totally enjoyed their stay. The only issue that I found was that the ice maker had some mold in it from not being use and water left inside. Orher than that I would stay here again. The price is very reasonable and Percy is very responsive.
