Easy check-in. Staff were great. The coffee/bistro and bar in the lobby were even better than anticipated. Highly recommend the pizza, pastries, coffee and matcha! Would absolutely stay again when we're in the area.

Absolutely adorable boutique hotel. The updates are spectacular and give the classic space a fresh modern look and feel while capturing the music history that is Memphis. Incredibly friendly desk staff, charming lobby with coffee bar and libations in the evening, will stay again.

Mediocre

Pretty underwhelming. No perks for the cost. They don’t serve food until 4pm. I tried ordering room service that was supposed to be until 10pm but that was shut down early. There was no coffee in the hotel room which is pretty customary at a hotel. The cement floors killed the comfort for me. Was not a fan. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was cute and in a great location but there were no real perks to staying there. Would definitely try a different hotel.

Unfortunately the first night stay we experienced a broken bed with an uncomfortable mattress. The next day after we noticed I immediately brought it up to the front desk host who instantly made it right. Overall great stay great vibes and great hotel. We will be back!

Check in was no a problem. The actual room had a strong smell of bleach which made it uncomfortable to stay in. They found me another room which was ok. The problem with this room is there is no signal on the TV. I am frustrated.
