We had a really great stay at Vision on George. There were some minor issues that we found, such as the bottom hinge of a door unsecured, a coffee pod left in the maker, and some crumbs that were not swept, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Vista Nova was great from the beginning. They were very accommodating from the start, asking if we had any special recommendations, needed any suggestions for the trip, and just making sure everything was satisfactory. They checked in on the second day to make sure we had settled in during our first night, and we did ask for recommendations for a good barbeque restaurant. They gave some and we chose one, and it was delicious. Checking out was very easy. Overall, we had a great stay. BUT… the day after we got home, I was contacted by Vista Nova and he began telling me that there were some issues with the house. He named a few things that he said we broke and tried to fix on our own. We did not inspect every inch of the house, but I knew full well that we did no such thing. I told him multiple times during the call that I felt like I was being scammed. The whole phone call felt off. He then told me that his crew would be finishing their inspection, and he would contact me to let me know where we would need to go from there. I never heard from him again. This tells me that I was, in fact, being scammed. As I said, our stay itself was great. If you decide to stay here, just be aware of what happened to us.
