The staff was friendly and helped as much as they could. But the room they had available hot water heater was regulated way to low to take a shower. And the darkening blinds did not work.

Needs to be fixed up.

The front desk staff were very good and our room was upgraded. The hotel is old and shabby. Our A/C wasn’t working properly, I asked to have them look at it but they didn’t come. The location is very close to Beale Street so if you don’t like noise, don’t stay there.
