Everything at the hotel was good, and I would go back to it or other Hampton Inns, however our room looked out at Beale Street, and the music was loud until late at night. Ear plugs were provided, but they weren't all that good. So, if you want to stay here, walking distance from Beale Street, ask for a room on the side that is furthest from Beale Street!

Terrible Hilton. Couldn’t get in or out of room without using our shoulder like a football tackle. Both elevators were broken at one time and had to use the stairs. Ice machine was broken as well. Maintenance tried to fix our door but was unsuccessful. Won’t ever stay here again.

The hotel was a convenient location for our stay. Was disappointed upon arrival because our room wasn’t ready, which put a dent in our plans and had to rearrange our schedule.
