The room was bigger than we anticipated which was nice and it was clean. The indoor pool was cold and the “hot tub” didn’t even get warm. When we went to ask for an extra pillow the lady at the front desk said they were out of them and of towels which seems pretty ridiculous for the weekend. I wish they had at least one non-pork meat option at the breakfast bar but that’s pretty normal for most hotels. It wasn’t the worst but also not sure we’d rebook.

This is not my first time staying at la Quinta. Me and my husband were there after Christmas and the lady at the front desk was rude and I felt discriminated for being hispanic. This time as always they gave me the las room far from the elevators and the bed in the room it sounded like it was going to break every time I moved to the point that I would wake up my granddaughter during the night when I used the restroom. It was horrible, never going back there for sure even if I have to pay more for my comfort

This hotel is smoke free so after a strong smell of smoke in the assigned room the front desk staff transfered us to another room which was very good. The hot breakfast was great. Nice hot shower with syrong water pressure. Excellent customer service and friendly front desk.
