We enjoyed our stay. The property is very safe and secure. The rooms were small and only one working elevator. The property and rooms could use a little TLC. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. We received a voucher because we booked two weeks in advance. If we had to pay I would have been disappointed as the food was okay. Checking in was very easy. The only downside was you could not immediately reach anyone if you had a problem. It took staff about 30 minutes to respond to a text message.

This was probably a hotel that was beautiful back in the day but it is showing age. Located in a very unsafe neighborhood. Security guard in parking lot and gates close at night.

This place is really nice! We rented a Family adjoining room for 5 of us to stay in and it was perfect! Two bathrooms with two teenage girls is very helpful! It was conveniently located to the things we were interested in doing and the staff were attentive and friendly - which was unexpected, as there is not a front desk - you check in online and communicate via text. There is a concierge that hangs in the lobby though.

The elevator button is gone and the elevator is slow as ever. The hotel smells like a pool! People in the front were helpful security also in the front with firearms! There are blue flashing lights all around the property which signals cameras and not a great area! The room was fairly clean need to replace there foot’s rest looks pealed and dirty. Would Income back again no!

Kids enjoyed the pool until a large group of older kids came in diving like crazy. Overall, hotel is nice but the rooms could use a few updates like removing the carpet (it holds an unpleasant smell) and remodeling the bathroom area.

Very unsafe with the check in process. Everyone that is in the area has full access to all your information that you are inputting into the kiosk as there is a huge screen that face outward. All anyone has to do is sit off to the side and could zoom in and record any /all data being inputted( full credit card information, driver license). Then this took 3x times as long as I have ever been through before. They try a portray a high end hotel but definitely not that..
