Please note that our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 11:00 AM to begin preparing and sanitizing the property for the next guest.
LOST KEYS WILL RESULT IN A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $100 PER KEY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We came to Memphis for our Fall Break and the house was perfect for a range of teens and family! Everyone had a bed and the kids loved the property! Everyone had something to do- :-)
