Nauti yksityisestä tilavasta kodista, josta saat kauniit näkymät Winnebago-järvelle Fox-laakson sydämessä. Suuri kaksikerroksinen kansi sisältää upeat näkymät ja yli 600 neliöjalkaa tilaa nauttia ystävien ja perheen kanssa. Pysäköinti paikan päällä on runsaasti ja keskustaan on 10 minuuttia. Täydellinen EAA-viikko, Packer-peli, Rock USA, Country USA, vieraileva perhe Lawrence Universityssä tai vain hiljainen loma ystävien ja perheen kanssa. Varaa tämä hämmästyttävä löytö nyt.

Lähes 3000 neliömetriä ylellisyyttä kotiin. Master-sviitti on oma kerros, jossa suuri king-size-vuode ja kauko-ohjattava säädettävä sängyn runko takaavat äärimmäisen mukavuuden. Suuri isossa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku, poreallas, oma kylpyhuone, kaksi erillistä pesuallasta ja suuri panoraama peileistä ja valaistuksesta.

Alemmalla tasolla on 3 makuuhuonetta (kuningatar, kuningatar, täysikokoinen sänky), kylpyhuone ja pieni perhehuone.

Päätaso on keittiö, ruokasali ja olohuone rentoutumiseen ja viihdyttämiseen. Keittiössä on korkealaatuiset veitset, pannut, mausteet ja runsaasti ruokia, lasit ja hopeaesineet suurta illallista varten, jos niin valitset.

Koti on ihanteellinen 4 aikuiselle parille, joissa on yhteensä 4 vuodetta (tai aikuiselle parille, jolla on 3–6 lasta, jos he jakavat suurempia sänkyjä). Alemman tason perhehuoneessa on myös ulosvedettävä sänky. Iso olohuoneen poikkipinta on erittäin mukava ja voi nukkua kaksi ylimääräistä vierasta ilman ongelmia. Family Vacation

Experience was great for our family vacation. We here for a Packer Game and was not too far from Green Bay. We were able to accommodate everyone and the kids had their own space. Quiet neighborhood and still close to the grocery store. Great stay!

Property nice with everything you need. Lovely deck and fire pit. Did not use propane fire. Master king bed is on raised platform so unless you're tall you need stool to climb into bed. Bring your own. No problem in lower level bedrooms. We all had a good time

Great family weekend

House was perfect for our group. We were supposed to have 4 couples but had a cancellation due a COVID scare. We had ample space for our party of 6, everyone was able to get cozy on the giant couch in the living room and watch movies together. Dining table was perfect for game nights and we really enjoyed the backyard, played bags and relaxed around the gas fire pit on the deck. We could see the lake peeking through the trees, it was a 5-10 minute walk to get to a nearby boat launch and see the water. The close proximity to High Cliff State Park was a major perk. All in all, great family weekend away. Thanks!

Rehearsal Dinner Getaway

Our son got married at High Cliff Golf Course and we were looking for a house and yard that was large enough to handle the Rehearsal Dinner. The house was large enough as was the yard and deck. However the house was very dirty on the outside with lots of cobwebs all over most of the windows and there was an opening in the railing & dangerous holes in the deck that we ended up having to block off because of the young children who attended. We played games in the yard until the bugs came out and multiple bare foot people got slivers from the rough deck surface. All in all we made the house work but I would not rent it again nor recommend it to others. The owner was very apologetic and responsive when he was told that the house was dirty on arrival and offered a partial refund. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, the refrigerator and sink were full of pieces of food and the coffee maker still had used grounds in it. The towels and sheets were in the washer and dryer as well. We cleaned and folded towels etc. It was not a great experience. This house has not been taken care either inside or outside. By the deck the weeds were 6 feet all and there was ragweed everywhere. Not great. We expected mosquitos but holy cow, almost impossible to enjoy any outdoor time. The propane fire pit was nice as was the wood fire pit in the yard. Inside there were doors that did not latch (master bedroom hallway) that would have been nice to be able to close since it's right off the kitchen. Like I said, we made it work but would not recommend until things are cleaned up and perhaps a proper house inventory is completed.

Golf trip with the guys

We chose this property due to its proximity to the water, downtown Appleton, golf courses and the Wolf River. Much needed golf trip with my Father, brother, and a few friends. Honestly everything was excellent. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and Richard was very easy to communicate with. The area itself had alot to offer. You got the feeling you were removed from the city but you still have access to everything you need. 5 stars!

Great house!

Large house house with plenty of space. Tons of beds and even couches for everyone. Our favorite part was the backyard with a huge deck and lovely fire pit. Only issue was the beach was a bit far, but it was only a short drive. Highly recommend staying here for a large group or family getaway!

Lakeview House in Appleton

We had a great time at this property. It was spacious, well designed for entertaining, and in a nice location. There was easy communication with the owner, who supplied us with lots of food to get our week started. We would love to return and stay again :)

Family Getaway

Our family loved our stay at this home near the water. We had plenty of room throughout the house for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. We hosted a few people on the patio Thursday night and it was absolutely perfect. The back patio has a beautiful view at night. We started the fire place on the patio and listened to the waves. The view is so beautiful we even got some wedding pictures on the patio as we used the house for my daughter to change into her wedding dress before her ceremony. This home was exactly what we needed for our weekend and we are so grateful.

Great stay

This place is a great house and ideal for a stay near Appleton and lake Winnebago, but the backyard needs major work and wasn’t really able to be used during our stay. The house was spacious clean and full of great amenities. Rick was also great to communicate with and the check in and check out process was simple and quick.
