Located on a wooded lot, Wekepeke Estate offers a brand new, hand crafted, two-story Main House equipped with full upscale kitchen, living room (with television and Sono's audio), deck with grill off the living room, and master bedroom suite. The main floor Master bedroom, with king size bed, has a master bath, walk-in closet, television, and French doors leading to a second deck overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Upstairs, in the Main House, there are two bedrooms, each with sitting areas, television with Sono's audio, and walk-in closets. A master bath is located between the two-bedrooms on the second floor.

In addition to the Main House, there is a brand-new Studio, with its own patio and private French door entrance. The Studio and patio have views of the cove and includes a living room (with television and Sono's audio), full kitchen, storage area, master bedroom and master bath.

Both the Main House and the Studio each have heat and air conditioning, backup generator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and cooking supplies and utensils. WiFi and televisions with Sono's audio are provided in each of the living rooms and each bedroom in the Main House and Studio.

Entry into the lake for swimming is off the main house and studio, by the swing. Follow a path, thru the woods, along the shoreline of this private cove, a short distance, to the boat house, docks, and a private seasonal cabin. This quaint well-kept fully furnished seasonal lakefront cabin, on a wooded lot, is surrounded by water on three sides. The vintage, refurbished cabin includes Wi-Fi, television with Sono's audio, window air conditioning, a studio kitchenette, living room, sunroom, two bedrooms, bath, and front porch. Further down the wooded pathway is another dock in a small lagoon, also on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Enjoy the quaint loons, views of the M/S Mt. Washington, Sophie C., and the Spirit Cruise Ships passing by. Take a stroll along the wooded path, in the private cove, to the boat house or one of the docks to enjoy your morning coffee or picnic lunch destination. Take a refreshing swim to the raft.
Truly a magical property with plenty of activities such as swimming and fishing in the cove, traveling to the town of Meredith, night life at the Weirs, a day trip to the White Mountains, or having a cookout on the porch. Wekepeke beautiful Estate offers something for everyone.

Bedroom details:

Main House: King Size master bed on main level. Second floor Queen Size bed in bedroom 1 and two twin size beds in second floor bedroom 2. Air mattress for two available as needed. All bedrooms have television, audio, and Wi-Fi.

Studio: King Size Bed with television, audio, and Wi-Fi. Air mattress as needed.

Seasonal Cabin: Trundle bed (two twin size beds) in bedroom 1. Full Size bed in second bedroom and pullout sofa bed in living room.

Linens: Sheets, bath and beach towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental.

Maximum Number of guests – Accommodations for 16 guests’ total.
Boat House, watercraft dock, swim raft, and two boat docks.
Boat dock can accommodate up to a 28-foot boat while the boat house, with 7’ beam, can house up to a 20-foot boat.
Maximum Number of Vehicles 6. Outdoor parking for 2 in front of carriage house, indoor parking for two in the carriage house, and 2 additional spaces for 2 vehicles adjacent to carriage house.
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the owner.
Fireplace and firepit – “Not for guest use”.
Water: Main House and Studio have well water. The Cabin runs lake water thru a filtration system. Bottled water available for drinking and cooking with.

Cabin property includes deeded right of way, that provides access, to a neighboring cottage. From time to time, you may see the neighboring cottage owners or their guests walking along the edge of the property to reach their home.

Gas grill available on porch of Main House.

Wekepeke Estate requires a refundable security damage deposit of $5,000.
