Nice hotel. Had a great massage by staff member. Negatives: Did not like being questioned why two men only reserved one bed; despite its name, hotel was far from downtown (centro); area around hotel seemed dicey at first, but turned out to be safe.

Quiet, Comfortable, Friendly Stay

Brenda and Maria were attentive and helpful the entire time. This property is more like an airbnb than a hotel. It's on a quiet street, 10 minute walk from the Paseo de Montejo so very well located. I definitely recommend!

The hotel was clean and organized. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish and I didn’t understand what was going on. Everyone was friendly though. The WiFi was excellent and the location was good.

would come back 100%

even when a hurricane had just hit the staff was extremely accomodating. even with No AC because there wasnt power for a bit the rooms were fresh and comfortable.

An information sheet would be handy as buses stop out the front of the property to go into Centro. Also next street buses go to Progreso Beach. There's the Americana Plaza very close by. The room was comfortable big. The staff friendly.

Un lugar lindo, limpio, es un Airbnb más que un hotel, la regadera del baño casi no echaba agua, y algo que no me agradó fue el hecho de que decía "incluye desayuno" y al llegar me dijeron que desde hace 2 meses se dejó de incluir 🙄
