Positioned on the popular Fishpen in Merimbula, this architecturally designed and beautifully appointed apartment is ideal for your family holiday!

In a complex of only three, 'Rolling Waves 1' with its top of the range appliances and modern furnishings offers gorgeous accommodation and amenities and features private access to Merimbula's beautiful Main Beach! Being only a short level walk to the lake, corner shop, cafe's, playground and Merimbula town centre, this really does make for a family friendly holiday!

Rolling Waves 1 comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6). Downstairs has two large bedrooms with bathroom including a bath and full laundry. Upstairs has a large open plan living with polished timber flooring, dining area and full kitchen with stone benchtops and dishwasher all opening out to a huge entertaining deck with sun lounges and outdoor dining setting perfect for relaxing and barbeques. Also upstairs is a third bedroom and bathroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning and TV, DVD & CD player.

There is a baby high chair and safety gate for the stairs if required and for your enjoyment boogie boards and a surfboard for your use. There is a 2 car remote controlled garage.

Rolling Waves 1 is a dog friendly house (no cats). We allow a maximum of 2 small dogs. They must be house trained, clean and well behaved. The townhouse has a fenced courtyard area connected to the laundry on the ground floor and a fully enclosed balcony to the first floor. We have a fully covered dog kennel in the courtyard, and a trampoline bed, to accommodate your pet. Dogs must not be left unattended for extended lengths of time, in either the house, on the balcony, or in the courtyard. Simple house rules, and respect for the property must be observed at all times. Guests must take full responsibility, including the cost of cleaning up after, or repairing any damage caused by your dogs.
