We had a hard time finding the sign for the hotel; it was in a little corner close to the side walk, but nothing in the actual building. We noticed that the carpets at the entrance and inside has Days Inn’s name. Tub and carpet dirty and rusty. The counter were outdated and with mildew. The building should be demolished.

The pictures make it look so nice but the pool was closed until further notice, the laudry mat was dirty and not working, the desk people were not friendly and when we woke up there were cockroaches everywhere in our room . Disgusting.

Beds were horrible, thermostat didn't work, no sheets for pul out sofe bed that was stained, garbage cans already filled with beer cans when we walked in our room, not enough towels for 4 people, front desk was rude, no grab and go breakfast, vending and ice machines not working. We could go on and on. Our kids were extremely uncomfortable and we would have canceled if it weren't already after 8 and had a 2+ hour drive home.

COCKROACH We entered the room, from the air conditioner out came a ROACH! We walked out and asked for a full refund. We were instructed to email the General Manager. I have emailed twice with no response. The Desk Manager was very nice.
