Its flowing layout allows you to rest, work, and relax with ease. Featuring modern finishes, a functional kitchenette, a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, and access to an open garden where you can enjoy fresh air right in the city. This accommodation is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and functionality, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends.

Approximately 40 m², the loft includes a mezzanine with a queen bed and a double bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The living and dining areas connect seamlessly with the open-concept kitchen, fully equipped for short or extended stays. Wood accents, warm lighting, and high ceilings create a cozy and practical atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, electric stove, utensils, and a dining table for four, providing everything you need from a relaxed breakfast to a homemade dinner. The full bathroom includes a shower, cotton towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer, thoughtfully prepared to ensure your comfort.
