As long as you have your expectations configured for the price that you’re getting - then you will be happy with the property. The property is set in a very, very good location and many places are walkable. As for the room itself, it is well appointed and clean, the shower pressure was good – do not expect it to be spacious or extra extravagant. The service I received was very good – on par with some of the fancy hotels I have been to – porters helped me with my bags and the front desk people were very nice and the cleanliness was good as well. Because the property is a little bit dated, I had an issue with the elevator and the room keys, but again – considering the price, these are things that you have to take in your stride.

Cheap but you get what you pay for

Very noisy at night, you probably won’t sleep unless you have heavy duty ear plugs. Everything in the room was broken, so no fan - it got hot. The keycard broke every time I tried to get into the room which was very annoying. Price and location good but that’s all.

It was kind of you to change our room as it was noisy with nearby neighbours and internet poor on 6th floor the breakfast fellow/manager was not good Not pleasant and surly otherwise our stay was great

A cheap option to stay in Roma neighborhood. Good for to get there to sleep only. My wife and I got breakfast included but its for 4 options in their menu, anything extra you have to pay the difference. Sometimes water for shower was warm, not hot. We had to call the reception to fix it. Above all super convenient location to go anyplace walking. Tons of restaurants available nearby. Super pretty neighborhood in general.

Good value and location

It's a clean and comfortable place in a great location. The shower was good. It provided the amenities that I was looking for: private bathroom, TV, Wifi, warm comfy bed, a desk with chair, storage space, and a safe. The restaurant on site was a nice bonus for that one time I was too tired to leave the room to go get dinner because I was able to order room service. The menu had plenty of options. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour reception which is also nice. The street can be a little noisy but with earplugs I couldn't hear a thing. There are plenty of cages, bars, shops, and restaurants in the same street.

They put us facing the main street mext to the hotel neon sign whith bright light into our room. Also below us next door it was a taqueria and it was super noisy at night till about 2 am. Otherwise, the hotel is nicely located in the heart of Roma and easy to get around with many restaurants and shops. I am sure other rooms in the hotel are nicer. i was hoping for a better experience.
