1. It's not a 5 star. Nothing special about it. Just a normal business hotel but WAY overpriced. 5 star price for 4 star experience. 2. The breakfast which cost $38 per person had a ton of variety but they ran out of food with 1 hour to go and the quality was mediocre. Staff seemed super overwhelmed. 3. The staff is ok, but not 5 star welcoming or warm. 4. Rooms are tiny. Small nit, but the lotion in the bathroom is super thin and sucks. Matters in a dry environment like CDMX. It's just a normal 4 star hotel that's old and needs a remodel.
