Great cleaning crew place sparkled every time we came into our room. First night we had a floor rubber mat for the shower but not for the rest of the 6 nights and it can be slippery if not careful. The main restaurant staff were very kind and informative, food was excellent. There were times when you can tell they were understaffed. One suggestion, a water kettle would be really helpful since one does have to pay for coffee. You get the pod of coffee then you have to get hot water from the restaurant or room service does not make sense. Overall, this place is great.

The room and the service rexeived throughout the stay were fantastic. Concierge Javier V was a standout - he helped us with questions ranging from transportation, restaurants, neighborhoods and sites to visit, activities, to mailing artwork home. The room was clean upon checkin and daily maod service A+. The hotel location was perfect for acces to various sites. We took advantage of the spa and really enjoyed our afternoon there.
