Front desk Staff needs to be more accomodating and hospitable. Breakfast is very good including their service. Our big thank you to Rebecca who always assist us in our needs. Housekeeping is very nice and they clean our room. The only drawback in the room is the low flow of water in bathroom sink. Overall the room and location of the hotel is excellent.

Great Location

This was a beautiful hotel located in the center of the city. Walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at NH Collection and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is well maintained, with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. One minor challenge was that communication in English with some of the staff could be a bit difficult at times. However, they were always kind and willing to help, and we managed just fine. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still cozy. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s breakfast. The selection was diverse, with fresh pastries, delicious hot options, and great coffee to start the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

For a short and first stay in Mexico City this was perfect. Very clean and super close to the Zocalo. I was there for art week, so the city was buzzing. I had never been to Mexico city before so this place was perfect. Easy taxi drive from the airport, and then very close and easy to get to Juarez etc. My room was perfect size, clean, and fairly quite for being in a busy area. I would definitely recommend for a first time traveler to CDMX.

Shower in bath room was poor condition water pressure was very low and temperature sensor didn't work Expected it to be a lot better Reported it to reception every day but no update was received Requested extra pillows three times never received them House keeping forgot to leave towels and face cloths and hand towel every day It was one or the other or no towels at all
