La peor experiencia

La peor experiencia. Nunca recibi el correo con la instrucciones de entrada a la habitacion, nunca contesto nadie en el numero de contacto, no pude entrar a la propiedad y no me regresaron mi dinero, asi que fue un fraude. No recomiendo esta propieda para nada. Tuve que irme a otro lugar y pagar otra habitacion.

Very dirty, no closet or dresser to put your clothes, the towels were dark gray, not white, the whole apartment was nasty and unsafe, nothing like the way they describe it in expida, the whole thing was a FRAUD!!!

Super cute hotel and helpful staff. Suggestions: have a small table near the bathroom sink, and send communication in English for those traveling from the USA. I sent a request through Expedia prior to travel and never received a reply. We tried to call from the airport and no answer. An airport employee tried to call for us, and no answer.

Great place to stay 20 minutes from the center of Mexico. Great but they do need to add some ac even though they did accommodate me with a fan the room was a bit humid. When we went it wasn’t that hot in Mexico so the fan was something great for the weather.

All of the staff at this property are wonderful and always at the ready to assist myself and other guests with any concern. Staff are constantly keeping the property clean and tidy. Loved the rooftop and exercise equipment. Look forward to another stay!
