Our stay was excellent at the beginning. We had a late check in and the staff were able to accommodate us with great communication. The apartments view was lovely and the space was small, but at an affordable price and close to many attractions. We were content until our very last night. There was a couple arguing very loudly and aggressively in the hallways outside our room. We called the front desk multiple times to address this issue. They said 911 were on their way. The situation started at around 2200 and didn't end until 0100. We were scared the couple's intense fight would get physical, but no action was done against this. 911 never arrived. We got little to no sleep. Had this situation been handled appropriately, I would have left at least a 4 star review. Also ironic how their first rule on the guest regulations posted in the lobby is "You must respect the space and tranquility of other guests, moderate your voice and try not to make noise in common areas. Disturbing the order or causing inconvenience to other users is prohibited."
