Hotel was nice and in a convenient location close to tourist attractions, local vendors, shops, food options. Location was in a safe area as well. The sofa in the hotel was dirty and stained but other than that, it was pretty clean.

Nice enough for a short stay, with some caveats

This is a fairly new high-rise apartment property that is already starting to feel worn around the edges. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and everything worked. The furniture is cheap and starting to get scratched up. The photos are accurate to a point, but it felt less upscale than I had expected. The roof deck is lovely but we didn't have a chance to use it. The refrigerator made a lot of noise when it was running. The building is on a busy street, and so we got traffic noise while trying to sleep, even with the patio door closed. Be sure to check the details of the last email they send about your booking. When I checked in 24 hours in advance, we were assigned one room, but then they sent an email with information with a *different room* and *different entry code* that I didn't see, which caused 20-30 minutes of confusion upon arrival, when we went to our original room and couldn't get in. Staff is very nice, but only a few of them have resources to solve issues. One of the staff went above and beyond to help with an issue we had, which we really appreciated. All in all, it was fine, but I probably would look for somewhere else to stay next time.

The room was comfortable and spacious for three, it's at a great location in Roma Norte near so many fun places and good restaurants to eat. A must go is Tacos del Valle, and Ajeno.

The location is great you could walk to many places but didn’t have full bottles of shampoo/conditioner and no body wash, hardly and toilet paper and we have to pay for the apartment to be clean, that was disappointing

The staff were attentive and friendly. We loved the balcony view, despite the balcony being a bit shaky. The apartment was spacious, comfy bedrooms and an equipped kitchen area. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC as it was showing mild signs of mold and wear and tear.

ULIV Mexico City is in a great location—there are coffee shops, bars, food stands, and plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Given this, it is very loud at night, even on the 13th floor. As per cleanliness, we found a soiled towel hung up in our bathroom on the first night. While they did provide a complementary cleaning, the experience made us hesitant about the cleanliness of the rest of the space. The rooms are beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies though. Additionally, the laundry room and machines are not well kept. While they do provide detergent, there is powder all over the floor and in the drawers. The machines themselves are filthy, and they do not seem to be cleaned regularly. I would recommend this place for the location and size of the rooms, but if you need a longer rental, I would consider another hotel.

I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay here again. A great place to stay at with beautiful views of the city. Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. And they have a car garage if you need one.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and always held the door open for me, which was a nice touch. The location felt very safe and walkable, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Everything went smoothly during my stay—no issues at all. Would definitely recommend!
