Perfect accommodation but deplorable service from Novasol

The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The house is well furnished but could be cleaned with greater care. However, the service provided by Novasol (the property manager) was deplorable. All the emails we received were in a language we didn't understand, despite our requests to speak in English. The helpdesk is only available during office hours and the wait on the phone is interminable, until they hang up after a long wait. The wifi was not working when we arrived. Our problem was only taken into account on Monday and we were told of a visit from the local correspondent who could only warn the owner. In the end, 4 days without wifi without any financial compensation despite our request for at least reimbursement of the end-of-stay cleaning.
