There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a king-sized bed and its adjoining bathroom and another with a queen-sized bed.
Downstairs, fun is guaranteed at Deer 76 in the large living area that is equipped with a pool table and foosball table. There are also three additional bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) and another bathroom.
On the balcony of Deer 76, there is a private hot tub, an outdoor seating area and a BBQ available for guest use all year round. In the backyard, you will also find a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and a picnic table.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and an electric vehicle charging station.
