The room was amazing, as was the hotel. The colleagues serving breakfast were exceptional, very friendly, genuine and gave great customer service. Only criticism I had was check-in. Young man on desk was very flat and felt disinterested. He processed my check in well, but failed to mention my room numbers or which floor I was on. However, young lady on the desk when I checked out was the opposite; warm, friendly and genuine.

To be honest was my first stay in a holiday inn which was a bit poor....on arriving key cards were not working .then took 35mins to get taken to our rooms....the rooms were extremely hot even tho the aircon was on full cold and was very noisy... asked for a 2pm check which was denied alao ....so i would definitely not stay this hotel again....also breakfast was very ordinary on this occasion and for the huge price of it not worth it

After spending 1 night in the room that we originally got and due to some issues with room and cleanliness, I requested at the reception if our room could be changed. The staff member at the reception, by the name of Tiana, was very apologetic and straightaway offered to change our room and gave us an upgrade as we were still going to be spending 2 more nights. That was a very kind gesture from the hotel group. This was our first time at the Holiday Inn, as we always book Premier Inn. But Tiana saved me from not booking Holiday Inn again! Thank you so much.
