We had a great stay at The Woburn, and very fortunate to enjoy an upgrade as we were there for a celebration. Everything was immaculately clean, and even though the outside temperature had dropped significantly the room and hotel itself was sufficiently warm. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a luxury suite and it was wonderful. A huge and very comfortable bed, seperate seating area, with great tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was super clean with a rolltop bath and walk in shower. We had food in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast in the morning, and both were superb, with excellent service. I will definitely stay again.

The room we booked (a cottage) was not offered to us due to an overbooking and we were given a significantly sub-standard room (an executive suite) for what we paid for. The room we had was significantly smaller, overlooked a roof, we could hear the bar from downstairs, there were stains on the carpet, to name but a few grievances. We were told of the change a day before our arrival, meaning booking an alternative wouldn’t have been financially feasible. When asked for a discount, we were told it wasn’t an option. We will not be staying here again.

Our budget room was small and dated but adequate. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but this was made up for by the quality of food in the restaurant and overall ambiance of the property and its superb location. I have stayed in a deluxe suite before, which I would have preferred but the hotel was full. Highly recommended

We’ve stayed a number of times at the hotel and we enjoy the experience each time. The standard rooms are great but a little tight for space . Overall it works well for us from a point of view of location and requirements.

Good value hotel in a super location next to Woburn Safari park. A great location for walks and visiting the park. Hotel comfortable however a few opportunities to upgrade rooms and consider customers experience from arrival. Hotel has added tables and chairs to courtyard for use during the day for drinks which is good however means when arriving you need to weave through tables with bags as they added too many, some noise on warm nights if sleeping near by. Stayed in cottage which was a great space however downstairs needed a bit of work to make smarter with better coordinated furniture, bed comfortable however being an old bard floorboards very noisy. Main bar was functional but lacking in character, with the original in my opinion nicer bar now closed for regular use. Staff friendly and good parking both in hotel and free local car park.
